When life changes through birth, divorce, death or "empty nest syndrome" many women ask, "Now what?" Discover a new vehicle for personal expression through a series of simple activities designed to enhance and develop your own creativity.  All materials are included in the fee. Six Week Session begins September 22.

Creating, Learning, Healing     

This workshop emphasizes the individual creative process through stone carving. No art experience is necessary as the work is valued simply for its form as self-expression. In this safe, non-judgmental space, participants experience the creative act as a powerful tool for uncovering, discovering and recovering one's authentic self.  Learning about ones self is vital to healing hidden parts which in turn enhances well being.   

Work through the blocks in your relationship while working through a block of stone.  This workshop provides an opportunity for parents and children to work side by side, learning a new skill while learning about each other. Basic stone carving skills will be taught.
